伊賀さんが珈琲の自家焙煎を始めたらしく、豆の話になる。酸味がなかなか出なくて難しいとのこと。よく聴くと、苦いコーヒーが好みなので深入りで焙煎している様子。酸味は浅煎りなので、どうすればいいか考えた結果。浅煎りと深入りを作って混ぜればよいのではと。そこで、気がつく。自家製ブレンドコーヒーだ。と。深夜のスタジオで盛り上がった所で、明日の細野さんのライブの為に帰って行った。自家焙煎、僕も始めようかな。
